1. 30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day free return and exchange policy. You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange for any reason.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Start a Return

To start a return, please contact us at support@hotyan.com. Once your return is accepted, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

For all valid return requests within the 30-day window, HOTYAN covers the return shipping costs. We will provide a prepaid label to ensure a hassle-free experience.

5. Damaged or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right at no extra cost to you.

6. Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
